For women the signs and symptoms of a heart attack, may not be your typical crushing chest pain. It could just be fatigue, unusual fatigue. It can be unusual shortness of breath. You're walking, you typically walk a mile a day, but then now you're not able to get through it. Those are things that could be a sign that something's wrong. 

You can have chest pain, but it can be very vague chest pain. It can be something that's kind of in the upper stomach. Again, not necessarily that crushing chest pain that we hear about on the left side of the chest, going down the arm. There could be more of those things vary, like a pressure like or gas like pain associated with some fatigue and shortness of breath. Compared to men, women may have the same symptoms, but yes they can be totally different than than what men experience.
